Compound Eyes of Tropical embarks on a captivating journey through a short video artwork inspired by Taiwan's ceremonial festivals. The film weaves together diverse traditional folklore narratives, centering around a half-mouse deer, half-fox shaman puppet dancer. With seamless transformations between human and animal forms, the dancer cleverly outwits crocodiles in a daring attempt to cross the river.
